How long will my products take to arrive?

We use An Post, Ireland’s national delivery service. An Post aim to have our product delivered to you by next working day delivery if within the Republic of Ireland from the time it is packaged and posted from us. International orders will take 3 – 7 working days from the time the product is packaged and posted, which we aim to have completed within 24 hours of purchase.

NB: The above time frames are to be used as a guide only. Please allow for some flexibility due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, and its knock on effect on delivery services.

What is the Cost of Postage?

If you are within the Republic of Ireland the cost of postage is €1.99 for Da Silly Bobble Hat and €1 for Da Silly Mask. International postage will cost €3.99 for Da Silly Bobble Hat & Da Silly Mask. If you spend over €95 in one transaction it means delivery is on us and free of charge within the Rep. Of Ireland.

What if I want to return my product?

In the event you are unsatisfied with your product, you can return your product to Da Silly Heads, The Rubicon Centre, CIT Campus, Bishopstown, Cork, Rep.of Ireland, T12 Y275 within 14 days from the date you received your item. Within this time, you must keep the product safe and in good condition, as you may be responsible for diminished value if not. Postage costs for return will be reimbursed to you along with your refund, once returned within the 14 days.

What payment platform do you use for my transaction?

We have two payment platform options for you to choose from. These are STRIPE & PAYPAL.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit & debit cards from both STRIPE & PAYPAL.

Are you guys professionals in the area of mental health?

No. We are two guys with a passion to improve mental health advocacy, fight stigma, and empower people through our own personal journey, our products, cartoon animations and workshops. None of our content should be taken as direct advice, and we would encourage people to seek professional support if needed, which we are happy to have signposted on our supports page.
