Did you know that you can rewire your brain to be happy (!) with just a few very simple steps that you can easily implement into your daily routine? All it takes is a little bit of consistency. You can do this from your own bed every morning or any other time of the day you think of it.

All you have to do is stop! Just stop (!) and take a few seconds or minutes to sit still wherever you are and think of three things in your life that you are grateful to have. It’s that easy! It can be anything at all. Where ever you are right now, pause everything and sit, literally stop what you’re doing and think for a moment. Bring your attention to one single thing in your life your happy to have. Anything! Whatever it is just think about just that. Then bring your awareness to how it makes you feel, yes feel! To have that thing in your life, sense the gratitude. It’s that simple!

Being grateful for things you already have in your life right now makes us change our perspective. We spend way too much time thinking about what we don’t have. We waste so much time worrying and wanting things that don’t even matter. Yet, what we have right now in the present moment is all that matters. If you can be present in that feeling and what is known as a higher vibration we can send out the vibes, thoughts and feelings we want to attract. The aim is to set up a routine of this process. I challenge you to do this morning and or evening. Think of 3 things you are grateful for in that exact moment in time no matter how silly it is. Whatever it is, feel the feelings. It’s not about thinking of why or what you’re doing… feeling is all that matters. Think about it, feel it and then let it go. Simply let the universe do the rest and over time watch the magic unfold.
